Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VoxVega (voxvega.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VoxVega LLC, an Ohio limited liability company.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
3. User Accounts
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use VoxVega. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Types
- Fan accounts — For users who wish to purchase content from Creators
- Creator accounts — For users who wish to offer and sell content on the platform
4. Creator Terms
Creator Eligibility
VoxVega welcomes all legal content creators regardless of platform history, political views, or content type, subject to our Content Policy. By registering as a Creator, you represent that you have the legal right to offer and sell the content you provide.
Creator Obligations
- Fulfill accepted orders within the specified delivery timeframe (default 7 days, rush orders within 12 hours)
- Maintain accurate profile information including pricing and availability
- Deliver content that matches the description in your offerings
- Respond to platform communications in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws including tax obligations on earnings
Creator Earnings & Payouts
Creators earn 90% of all transaction amounts net of payment processing fees. Payouts are available via bank transfer (through Stripe Connect) or cryptocurrency (through NowPayments). Minimum payout amount is $25. Payouts are processed within 2 business days for bank transfers and upon blockchain confirmation for cryptocurrency.
Taxes
Creators are independent contractors, not employees of VoxVega LLC. Creators are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on their earnings. VoxVega will issue 1099-K forms as required by applicable law.
5. Buyer Terms
Purchases
When you purchase content from a Creator, your payment is held in escrow by VoxVega until the Creator delivers the content. Upon successful delivery, funds are released to the Creator.
Refunds & Delivery Guarantee
If a Creator fails to deliver your order within 7 days (or 12 hours for rush orders), you will receive a full automatic refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days for card payments. Cryptocurrency purchases are refunded in the original cryptocurrency or USD equivalent at VoxVega's discretion.
Refund requests for delivered content are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the delivered content materially fails to meet the Creator's stated description, you may be eligible for a refund.
Age-Restricted Content
To access 18+ content, you must verify that you are at least 18 years of age. By completing age verification, you certify under penalty of perjury that you meet this requirement.
6. Payments & Fees
Payment Methods
VoxVega accepts major credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe) and the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Solana (SOL).
Platform Fee
VoxVega charges a 10% platform fee on all transactions. This fee is deducted from the transaction amount before Creator earnings are calculated. There are no additional fees charged to Buyers beyond the listed transaction price.
Rush Orders
Rush delivery orders incur an additional $10 fee. Rush fees are split 90/10 in the same manner as the base transaction amount.
Currency
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Cryptocurrency payments are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
7. Content Policy
Permitted Content
VoxVega permits all legal content including, without limitation: comedy, music, sports commentary, political commentary, podcasting, fitness, gaming, K-Pop, and adult-adjacent content (non-explicit nudity) subject to age verification requirements.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors
- Explicit sexual content depicting sexual acts (refer to SilqueFans.com for adult content platforms)
- Content that facilitates or encourages violence against specific individuals or groups
- Content that constitutes harassment, threats, or stalking of specific individuals
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
- Content that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent payment systems or charge-back orders in bad faith
- Create multiple accounts to evade account suspensions
- Use automated systems to scrape or access platform data without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Interfere with platform security or integrity
- Contact Creators outside of the platform for the purpose of evading platform fees
9. Intellectual Property
Creators retain full ownership of all content they create and deliver through VoxVega. By delivering content through the platform, Creators grant Buyers a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view, download, and share the delivered content for personal non-commercial use, unless additional commercial rights are specifically purchased.
VoxVega's trademarks, logos, and platform code are the exclusive property of VoxVega LLC. You may not use these without our express written permission.
10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VOXVEGA LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXVEGA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VOXVEGA IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
VoxVega reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any pending orders will be refunded to Buyers and any earned but unpaid Creator balances meeting the minimum payout threshold will be disbursed within 30 days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio.
You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis, waiving any right to class action proceedings, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
